Stylish townhouse by the Quay with parking

Positive: Location. Very clean. Comfy bed. Car parking. Entry instructions very clear. Negative: Nothing!

If I could give this property 10 stars I would! Very quiet, and a short walk to the fabulous Exeter Quay. The owners have provided all the little things that make you feel at home. Their 3 basic rules; respect the neighbours, put out the trash and have fun, set the welcoming tone.Communication with the rental management was also easy and helpful when necessary.We did not want to leave.

Positive: The house is modern, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It is in a fantastic quiet position, with parking for 1 car and small gravelled garden. Easy 5-10 minute walk to the Quays, with Topsham brewery (great place), a great bakery, cafes, bars and restaurants, craft shops, easy walks along the river/canal. A couple of local shops (plus supermarkets not far,) municipal swimming pool, bowling, climbing walls, water sports. 10-15 min walk (uphill) to town and Cathedral. Easy drive to Topsham, Exmouth and other places in Devon. Negative: There was nothing to dislike.
