Such a shame, potential for a great stay but flooring issue meant it wasn’t really suitable to be rented. Hot water/ Positive: Peaceful,rural location Negative: Big issue with flooring - water damaged - trip hazard Hot water only for one evening out of 3, very complicated communal heating system.

Nice cozy place, the staff is so helpful. Short driving distance to many beautiful places like salcombe and dartmouth Positive: Interior is beautiful, very well designed. We had all the utilities we needed. The view was really nice and quiet. Ali was very very helpful when we had problems Negative: It was moistly inside, not sure may be it was just the weather. Towels etc never gets dry. You need to drive to everywhere, the nearest grocery or pub is at least 20 min walk and the road is not pleasant to walk

Usually I stay in Bolberry, Hope Cove but loved staying here with beautiful views and peaceful area! Positive: Beautiful bay window with an amazing view, everything was there that was needed for a lovely stay Negative: Only issue was a solid mattress

Relaxing, peaceful. Somewhere you can feel at home. Positive: If you are looking to get away from things this really is an idyllic retreat. It has all the facilities one needs plus parking next to the house and a comfortable bed .
