Amazing, can’t wait to return! Positive: Spacious, clean, well equipped, homely, great views, great location. Absolutely loved it, so close to Bantham Beach, Hope Cove, not too far to Salcombe and Dartmouth, and only about 30 minutes to Dartmoor. We will definitely be back! Negative: Loved everything, except leaving, that bit sucked!

Great cottage, nice facilities and beautiful views. Positive: Yes very easy and details sent the day before. Negative: Only minor comment was directions at the end last 1/4 mile could have been clearer as we got slightly lost.

Beautiful location, very comfortable and superbly equipped. Positive: Beautiful location, very clean accommodation and well furnished. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with good appliances. The beds were very comfortable and all rooms displayed nice art and details. Communication was very good. Negative: Difficult to fault the property. Minor issues include a hole in the perimeter garden fence that a dog came through, communication regarding heating seemed to be confusing and access to the sink in the bathroom is not great because of the overhanging wall cabinet. We turned the towel rails down to 1 but they remained dangerously hot.
