Lovely location and light, airy house Positive: Loved the views! The property was very light and in a quiet location. Easy to walk to Dartmouth, assuming you like a hill. Negative: Nothing

Excellent location and view from house. Positive: Clean and great view Negative: No views from garden due to high hedges.

It's always a good choice to stay in Dartmouth! Positive: Perfect set up for what we needed, very clean, and the garden was a lovely sun trap to make the most of the un expected sunny afternoon we had there. Negative: We understood the property was in an elevated position, and whilst we were happy to walk up hill to it, this may be a factor to consider when booking if mobility is an issue. The views are great, and I suspect that the trimming of the hedging is in the maintenance plans for the property owners to ensure it doesn't become obscured. We would stay again.
