Absolutely fantastic stay Positive: The location was excellent for visiting Dartmouth. The views were amazing, every morning I was happy to look out one window and see the river Dart and the other window showing the grass hills, absolutely fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotlessley clean. The beds were comfy especially the downstairs one and the extra room with a desk was lovely. I loved the sofa, it was so comfortable. Negative: I really cannot fault it. I wouldn't change anything about it. I think it is just exactly wonderful as it is.

Lovely place but improving some small details would have made our stay better Positive: Close to the harbour, lovely views, lovely outside space and balcony, clean, good size, good value, well furnished. Negative: The hearing was controlled externally which meant the house was often cold. With a baby in the house this was a concern. We paid £35 for a cot to be available, and were very disappointed to find no bedding was provided. It also would have been nice for a high chair to be provided alongside the cot. Not well stocked with essentials. We had to make an emergency run to the shop to get shampoo and shower gel as non was provided. Kitchen roll would have been nice in the kitchen. Three cafetières were provided, but no ground coffee! Some of the house rules (like keeping the curtains closed) made us feel a little uncomfortable.

Positive: It's was a perfect location to visit everywhere
