Positive: Perfect for 3 adult couples. Good location. Negative: Needed on more fan as one bedroom didn't have one.

Very comfortable, luxury stay with great views. Positive: Very spacious, even with 5 adults. Clean, bright, beautiful and modern inside. Open plan living area was upstairs with small balcony off dining area, fabulous views across to Kingswear. Comfy beds, good showers. Quiet residential road, mostly bungalows, not overlooked. Negative: First impression on parking at house was underwhelming, ordinary small looking house, no garden, bins outside, gravelled area needed weeding. Contrast to luxury feeling in house. Preferred not to strip beds on leaving. Instructions for recycling boxes could be clearer.
