A comfortable and spotless property with all needs catered for to a high standard. Positive: Clean,spacious ,well equipped,on site parking and an amazing view. Negative: Nothing to dislike apart from the steep walk from the town.

A fabulous stay in Dartmouth Positive: 4 of us have really enjoyed a two nights stay at the property. The house was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, beautifully decorated and furnished and very comfortable. Well equiped kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms. Lovely views. It is situated in a very quiet residential area with excellent parking and less than a 20 minute walk to the Dartmouth waterfront with all of its bars and restaurants etc. It's a bit of a climb back up to the house. Communication was excellent and we had a lovely weekend break. Negative: Met all expectations.

Absolutely fantastic stay Positive: The location was excellent for visiting Dartmouth. The views were amazing, every morning I was happy to look out one window and see the river Dart and the other window showing the grass hills, absolutely fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotlessley clean. The beds were comfy especially the downstairs one and the extra room with a desk was lovely. I loved the sofa, it was so comfortable. Negative: I really cannot fault it. I wouldn't change anything about it. I think it is just exactly wonderful as it is.
