Positive: Fantastic views. Lovely location. It was very clean. Was only a 20minute walk into Dartmouth centre. Lovely bathrooms. Would stay here again

Amazingly comfortable/spacious - will definitely stay again when back in Dartmouth
Positive: Immaculate condition and extremely comfortable/spacious with everything you need supplied/available to make your stay enjoyable.
Lovely views and a nice garden area.
Negative: Only slight downside (which we expected/knew about in advance) is the walk back up steep hill from Dartmouth Town centre

Lovely spacious property, fresh and very comfortable 🥰
Positive: Beautiful views and the property was smart and clean and had everything we might need. Good space outside for our puppy dog to explore.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike.

Spacious and comfortable stay
Positive: Very spacious, practical property. Clean and nicely presented. Convenient private parking, nice and light.
Negative: Unfortunately the estuary view we were expecting from the booking.com photos is now obscured 75% by the neighbours overgrown hedges.
