Briarfield, Broadsands

All perfect excellent Positive: Location was brilliant ,parking excellent Negative: Nothing

It was a lovely cosy couple of days. The owner was welcoming, helpful & accommodating Positive: It was cost & very clean. The bed was comfortable & we had all we needed Negative: We only had 2 wine glasses & 2 chairs round the table. I know the property was for a couple but we had friends who came over so they brought extra glasses & we made the seating work with the sofa. On the 2nd night the owner kindly gave us 2 extra chairs & glasses I should have asked him in the first place

Beautiful one bedroom apartment. Positive: We loved this apartment. The owner was there to meet us when we arrived , but there was a keysafe there ,and a keysafe number sent by secure messaging if not..The apartment was very spacious and luxurious with a dish washer, cooker , fridge/freezer and al you needed .The bathroom was lovely with a powerful shower and the lounge was big n beautiful with a massive TV (which had a full sky package on it) There is free WiFi and the large double bed was very comfortable .we really enjoyed our stay .The owner left up beautiful fresh flowers and a lovely bottle of bubbly .There was free parking and buses every 15 mins from outside the apartment to Brixham one way and Paignton/Torquay the other way . There is a one stop pub..chippy..charity shop with a coffee shop opposite the apartment. There is a beach within walking distance and we sat on the beach and watched the Steam Trains go over the viaduct bridge nr the beach.The cafe was lovely on the beach too.
