Cosy 3BR House Rural Devon| Sleeps 6- lovely walks

Positive: The location Negative: The property was not as advertised, it was a ground floor flat despite the advertisement saying whole house. The flat above was very noisy as there was a young child running and jumping until past 11pm, the sound resonated through the ceiling. We booked because it was a whole house. It was very dated, showerhead wouldn't stay upright. Small duvet in the double bed. Serious moth problem, moss traps everywhere, munching carpet in the living room. Bedroom window looked out into the main house parking, with no net curtain. no wood for the woodburner. Steps down to the front door were poorly lit making them dangerous in the dark. Contacted the managing agent and they suggested to put in a claim for compensation, although they are not returning any communication.
