Great location. Clean. Well kitted out.
Positive: The location was good. Unfortunately the Council don't seem to keep the streets clean, but that's not the landlord's fault!
Negative: The windows on the ground floor don't open. I assume for security reasons, but it does get very stuffy. So maybe a ceiling fan would be good. Also the bathroom light pull was just a short piece of very grubby string, which was a bit icky. No main TV channels eg BBC ITV available as far as I could work out.

Excellent choice for family stay.
Positive: The location is excellent. It’s 5-minutes walk to Exeter Central Station and the high street. It’s very clean, well equipped and quiet.
