Unique Home in Central Dartmouth

Great house. Would book again. Positive: Beautifully decorated house. Great location. House has everything you could need. Quirky interior. Negative: Very creaky floor boards in master bedroom.

We had a lovely stay but facilities could have been better eg enough hot water and cutlery Positive: Lovely decor & quirky character. Negative: Not enough cutlery and water was cold. Rug dirty in dining room. Owner said he’d arrange extra forks to be dropped off but never did

Stylish and super cosy home Positive: Stylish but cosy. Loved the open plan feel in kitchen/ dining. Comfy beds. And gorgeous bath and shower. Negative: No parking

Lovely stylish house Positive: Beautifully styled house with lovely views from the front across the town houses opposite on the hillside. Really lovely comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Excellent quality bed linen and towels. Nice to sit on the front lawn area. Negative: It would be good to have a pole to undo the velux window in the bathroom as the remote didn't work. Blackout blinds and darker curtains would be great in the front bedroom. We used thick brown paper blue tacked into position to block out the morning light and cardboard as it came light around 5a.m..

Everything we needed apart form central heating Positive: Everything we needed. Tastefully decorated, quiet, clean and comfy beds. Negative: We didn’t have any central heating for the weekend we stayed…. And needed it as it was cold and wet. We reported this to Ali and hope the owner gets it fixed for the next guests. This issue would put us off booking here again.
