2 Bed Ground Floor Apartment with Sea Views

Be clear where you need to park as if the upstairs apartment park next to the building it can be a little intrusive for the lower apartment bedroom.Use your own recycling and black bins, they are clearly marked with the name of your apartment.If you have dogs, be sure to bring a lead as there are large gaps in hedge and for smaller dogs there is a gap between wall and fence at end of garden, beyond which is a cliff edge.With saying that, the place was clean and very peaceful and we had a lovely break with town only 4min drive or 15 min walk. A lovely local pub (The smugglers inn) which sells lovely food and they are very welcoming allowing dogs in thier blue room.

Re .. no peace and quite Negative: Very noisy guests upstairs, stamping around until 2am, we all had poor sleep because of it . When the change over on Friday, the new people were horrendous with noise, stamping and jumping around all evening, then more people turned up, was again on till 2am..

We absolutely loved the appartment, it was bright, clean, well equipped and comfy. A lovely walk into Dawlish. Lovely sea views from the living room. When can we move in ? :)

Comfortable stay, good view of the sea, near enough to walk to Dawlish but quieter than staying in the town or caravan p Positive: Excellent view of the sea Clean and comfortable Large TV Lovely view as you walk down to Dawlish where you can get the train along the coast Negative: The dog escaped from the enclosed garden twice within 15 mins of arrival due to gaps in the hedge Not a problem for us but be aware the short walk to Dawlish is down a steep path so may not suit everyone

A pleasant stay, Positive: The French doors offer a lovely view. Negative: The garden should be more dog safe. Maybe a 2ft fence to stop dogs escaping. Too many stickers around the property ‘reminding’ of the rules. Leaf blowing should be done outside of guests booking.
