Little Oasis with Sea Views

Positive: The peacefulness, great amenities within walking distance Negative: Small bathroom

We found an oasis! Positive: Really loved the position, trees, outside space. Both beds were comfortable. Negative: I don't think the listing mentioned the fact the sofa was a sofa bed, we would have liked to know this, didn't discover until the second night. Couldn't work microwave, needed instructions, generally you do find a welcome sheet in accommodation but this was lacking. Key v tricky. No fresh coffee or tea, nothing extra like salt/pepper, no soap dispenser in the shower. All these details can be easily fixed, it was newly decorated without adding the finishing touches it seemed to us but overall we really liked it!

Overall, relaxing . Good location for the village (and local pub), the beaches, and Dartmouth Positive: Location Sea view from the upstairs bedroom Peaceful Patio area Accommodation adequate for the two of us Had everything that we needed. Negative: Accommodation was 'compact'. Would have been a struggle for four guests No instructions for recycling / disposal of waste. Bin area was for 7 flats. but nothing clearly marked and was confusing. No visitor manual - therefore no instructions on how to use the cooker (the hob and main oven were easy to work out but we could not work out how to use the middle oven/microwave), or how to contact emergency services etc if needed

Was just not very clean , but has the potential to be great place . Positive: Easy location close to Blackpool sands beach and Dartmouth , pub and restaurant near by . The sofa was comfy and the beds , kitchen was ok had essentials things you needed mostly! Negative: There was blood stained on one of the sheets in bedroom , the other bedroom had another stain on duvet and hairs found and I have not got dark hair!! No soop in dispenser empty think it had been topped up with water as just runny , no soare toilet roll , but was the empty roll with stones from beach in the bathroom cupboard not clean or what expect if it’s been cleaned thoroughly ?! Carpets were stained most rooms and found a clothes tag on floor in one room , and very hairy needs good clean and hoover and dust everywhere in the property.
